Real Estate Marketing niche - from assisted living homes


You can try to be an expert in several phases of real estate, or you can specialize in a niche market and become the authority on the markets.

There are a number of very successful real estate agents and brokers who have reduced their property real estate focus from niche to a specific geographical area, a type of property or a category of consumer marketing. Recognizing the opportunities that are out there and by selecting a niche that appeals to you can be a lucrative strategy.

Examine the niche of assisted opening life homes. It is common to assume that this take million to open and operate a facility assisted living with success, and while this may be true for a large facility, there is a huge niche market being ignored. Tens of millions of baby boomers approaching retirement age. Many of them will be need for personal or medical care.
